Our Happy Customers

The sales team was great, the delivery and setup crew was great and went overboard to make sure our tub got safely installed. We use our tub every single day. Nothing like climbing in the tub after a long day at work, to relax and soothe the old bones and achy muscles.
Dave Bonner
Our experience at Offenbachers was outstanding! Our sales rep was helpful before and after the sale. We feel the sales and delivery team were professional and friendly. This is our first salt tub so we need extra help setting it up. We love our tub and are impressed with Offenbachers.
Dan Hutchinson
I purchased a Caldera Spa at Offenbachers last year and could not be more pleased with the level of honesty and service I received.
Bill Bendel
Pam was superb! She gave us great customer service and was very helpful to us. We have bought our hot tub and our new patio furniture with her help. She was quick, honest and knowledgeable.

Pam S is fantastic. Visit her at the Herndon location. Her knowledge of spas, hot tubs, and equipment is excellent. She thought of everything we would need after making a recommendation on the right spa for our space and our needs. All the necessary parts and accessories were delivered on time and complete, ready for our electrician to hook up. Pam ensured we had the proper electrical requirements for our new spa as codes and equipment had changed over the years. This is above and beyond the fantastic deal she was able to put together for us. Seamless transaction all around. Highly recommend. Visit Pam today. No, go now! Really not kidding. Ok not now, when they open!

We had a truly great experience from the moment we walked in through selection and delivery. Rosanne provided us the attention and consultation we needed to better understand our needs, learn about products, and ultimately pick out a sectional and dining set for our new patio and we couldn’t be happier. After visiting some other local competitors, this felt like we were working with professionals and a higher-quality of product and services. Kudos to the Offenbachers team! I am having so much fun entertaining in our new happy place.
Ryan Thomas
Greg was very helpful, explaining available options and giving us design ideas. Very nice selection of high quality outdoor furniture. We have made several major purchases here and have always been pleased with the quality and service.
Mary Eichelberger
Jackie was amazing, she showed us all the furniture we needed for our porch. Offenbachers have great quality furniture that last for ever. All our outdoor furniture come from Offenbachers stores.
Cristina Frey
It was our first time in the store! We had amazing experience! Pam is wonderful! She was very knowledge and helpful!!! We bought a pool table and shuffleboard table, as well as four chairs! Exceptional experience!!!
Ann Addison
Thank you Nicole and Michael for welcoming us and treating us with kindness. We came for pool cues and left with cues and good spirit! Your professionalism was appreciated and your helpful, nonpushy, and knowledgeable customer service was very notable.
Giselle Fasalvo
I recently met with Michael to learn how to care for the Hydro pool that came with our new home purchase. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining how to maintenance the hydro pool and also how to use all the control features. I cannot thank Michael enough for taking the time to answer all my questions. I feel much better prepared to care for our Hydro pool and enjoy all its features. I would recommend Michael to anyone who wants to purchase a Hydro pool-you will certainly have a great customer service experience!

This store went above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. Very candid approach, very informative. Service after sale is outstanding. The staff is accessible and great at following up. They seem to stand behind their products. Michael Ciccolini was my sales representative and he is outstanding. He is familiar with the products and excellent at explaining the details clearly, and not washed with sales jargon, etc.

Rosanne from Offenbachers was referred to me by my landscape designer, Dennis from MainStreet. Dennis is currently redesigning my backyard and I trust him thoroughly. From my initial phone calls and email exchanges to my visit to your showroom, Rosanne consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication. She attentively listened to my specific requirements and needs, which made a significant difference. During my showroom visit, I conducted a wet test and was immediately impressed with the Caldera spa, even though I had been considering another brand. While I had a positive experience at another spa retailer, the product quality and the level of attention I received at Offenbachers were truly outstanding. Rosanne went above and beyond by creating a space planner for both my hot tub and furniture layout. This was immensely helpful in my decision-making process, and she also collaborated closely with my landscape designer on the layout. Offenbachers offers a fantastic selection of furniture and hot tubs, and I never felt pressured during my selection process. Rosanne was very mindful of my budget and preferences throughout. I am incredibly excited about my new furniture and hot tub and eagerly anticipate enjoying my backyard oasis.

We started shopping at Offenbacher's about 30 years ago. We still have those quality pieces! Most recently we have been furnishing our new pool deck, patio, and screen porch with Jackie's help. She is an outstanding sales person and really knows the merchandise. Her delightful personality and friendship are a bonus! Offenbachers is under new ownership, but their service is as good as always. They have been happy to hold purchases through numerous construction delays and stand behind their brands addressing any concerns in a timely manner. I can highly recommend them.
